Basically, he acts like Centauri. Apparently, he could not do this without Lorien's influence.
Lyta: Gets involved in Vorlon's execution somehow automatically, like it is just scanning or even something more simple. She is apparently delusional!
Londo, Vir: Preparing Cartagio's assassination.
Cartagio's godhood rhetoric: gas station cashier wins $5m in lottery. His first thought is to buy the place. His second thought is about God, he believes gas station owner is just one step below God.

G'Kar: Sentenced to death by Cartagia. Distracts the guard while Cartagia is assassinated. He cooperates in this for the Narn freedom promised by Londo.Londo, Vir: Assassinate Cartagia.
Sheridan: Uses White star and its crew as a bait to attract Shadows to the proper place. Leads the fleet to this battle.

The Shadow War: Resolved. Vorlons, Shadows, First Ones - all leave. Delenn warned the Vorlon ambassador: "We'll lose respect for you".Ivanova: Looks for 1st Ones with the help of X.
Minbari obey her orders now - with mistakes...
Sheridan: Together with Delenn commands united fleet against Vorlons and Shadows to protect some Shadows-allied planet against destruction (they do not care about Centauri Prime). Has no intention to communicate with Shadows, but makes an attempt to communicate with Vorlons, basically, sets a ultimatum for them: Leave the planet alone. In the following discussion asks Vorlons a crucial question: You have technology necessary to destroy Za'ha'dum and Shadows directly (he knows from experience Z. is not invincible). So, why do you hit others instead?
Delenn: Plainly rejects Shadows evolution rhetoric presented by clones: Dr.Franklin, Ivanova, finally - herself.
Sheridan, Delenn together: Vorlons and Shadows ask 'Who are you?' and 'What do you want?' and claim 'You do not understand'. We do understand that you both forgot who you are and what do you want, just fighting each other by our hands. We don't want this any more.
Londo, Vir: Clean Centauri Prime from Shadows to avoid Vorlon retribution. Londo finds out that his girlfriend was killed by Morden's order. This is another reason for him to execute Morden. They pass their Inquisition Test. Londo suggests Vir to kill him if this is necessary for the survival of Centauri Prime. Vir refuses, but Vorlons mysteriously leave anyway. In fact, they are distracted by Sheridan.

The Shadow War: It is over, but celebrations are minimal. Sheridan, Delenn Londo understand all too well that end of decolonization war is never a happy end in itself. In fact, EarthGov blockades B5.Lyta: Tells Zack she feels lonely. Helps Sheridan to block Bester's scan. Goes with him to Z'Ha'Dum, but does not tell that she can be detected by the Shadows' sensors.
Sheridan, Delenn: Learn from Bester about EarthGov's plans to discredit B5 and neutralize the threat. But their trip to Z'Ha'Dum turns out to be ineffective. Luckily, Sheridan understands the Shadows trick in time to prevent the destruction of their ship.
Bester: To cure his lover from Shadows implants, informs Sheridan about EarthGov's anti-B5 provocation. In exchange urgers him to go to Z'ha'dum to check for technology that can help to cure his lover. But the planet self-destructs. So he gets nothing.
Garibaldi: Resigns. He is apparently compromised by Shadows and does his best to keep his hands clean. Now it is completely up to Sheridan to make all necessary precautions. However, he just spoiled his relationship with Lyta, the only one who could help him.
08. The Illusion of Truth midwinter.com
Brilliant depiction of media machine.For Sheridan and Delenn this is PR Pearl Harbor, they are completely unprepared. Delenn with non-Minabari straightforwardness says how close they are with Sheridan. Sheridan produces a great 1-liner: nothing will ever stop us in this Galaxy. This is good for dinner with friends, but not for press conference.
For EarthGov this is great PR victory. However, long-term Earth-Minbari relationship is badly damaged. We know that Sheridan does not forgive when his relationship with Delenn is hurt. Delenn is earthly woman enough to remember her portrait as a symbol of Minbari conspiracy.
Minbari reaction is likely to be strongly negative.
Londo does not care. He, instead of leaving journalist on his own, would get media king drunk, so next morning he would hardly remember something about Peace, Progress, Prosperity and Cooperation.

Delenn: Spends her 3rd ritual night with Sheridan and goes through Dream ritual on Minbar to get approval for her wedding. Religious cast does the approval by shared dreaming to clarify the motivation. Delenn's dream appears to be nightmare: she remembers how her mentor brought her to the Grey Council, how they insisted on contacting humans, how Earth-Minbari war started by miscommunication and how her mentor was killed. Later, she remembers his last words: you are Valen's child. Knowing that Valen is Sinclair, this means she has human blood aka DNA. Also, this explains "soul transfer" between humans and Minbari: they are related. However, this explanation is not adequate for the Religious cast because it reveals Minbari "impurity". So, Delenn is approved as Sheridan's wife on the grounds of undoing Minbari surrender to Earth: Minbari won, so they suggest a female as a wife to a human.10. Racing Mars midwinter.com
Sheridan: Tries to recon ciliate with Garibaldi, no success.Garibaldi: Joins anti-Sheridan conspiracy - "to fight Sheridan's personality cult".
Dr.Franklin, Marcus: Find contact with Martian Resistance. One of Resistance members appears to be compromised by a mind controlling host. commits suicide to avoid it.
Delenn: 50 Minbari rituals in stock before she and Sheridan can marry.

Franklin, Marcus: Finally, establish contact with Martian Resistance, form a new alliance against President Clark. Franklin has an affair with Resistance #1 who is a beautiful young lady. Marcus watches playing with his sword...Sheridan: Comes to the idea of counter-propaganda for earth and - awakes Ivanova at night to talk with her about it.
Ivanova: Basically, she loves Sheridan, still it is horrible hard for her to communicate with him. He did change after Z, really does not communicate even with her.
Delenn: Finds out Warrior Cast establishes Grey Council of their own. Religious Cast as counterbalance establishes alliance with Drakh - former Shadows servants. Confronts Drakh in a Sheridan way, destroys their mother ship. That is, no new alliances whatsoever. Tells Sheridan she
leaves for Minbar to take care of the civil war problem - if he does not object (he does not). Tells he changed after Z and he is dangerous because he can make "communities" (alliances) - which is what is to be done. She better be away now though.

Sheridan: Cancels Garibaldi's security access. Talks Londo and G'Kar into accepting Rangers patrol of their borders - to deter pirates.Ivanova: Starts with Voice of Resistance broadcasts with the help of one of 10 Zathras brothers, he provides power supplies.
Garibaldi: Uses his knowledge of the station to smuggle unauthorized passenger. Meets his former wife Lise who happens to change one more husband, now she is a wife of a prominent biocompany owner. Now they deal with some telepath-related virus. Helps her and his now-employer to avoid telepath assassins. 3 persons die in the accident. This is his direct confrontation with Sheridan, they both understand he abuses his B5 security knowledge.

Lennier: Breaks the religious cast conspiracy to kill everybody on board of White Star. Religious cast suspects Delenn plots the surrender of Religious Cast.

Bester: Makes "a private visit" to B5. He offers Lyta to rejoin PC on her own terms. He knows Sheridan will not trust a uniformed telepath. He also wants to examine her body transformed by Vorlons.
Lyta: Tries to find a telepath job - in vain, nobody wants a rogue telepath. So, she has nothing left but to accept Bester's offer.

Sheridan: Launches full-scale civil war against Clark. Wins 1st victory, some Earth ships join his B5-Ranger-Minbari forces.

Dr.Franklin: Continues working on telepaths undoing the Shadows programming. Realizes he can use Lyta's help - and this helps. She just needs a kind word or two.Garibaldi: Talks to Edgars - basically, how he sees the future of Earth. Goes on clarifying his relationship with Lise. Comes to final betrayal: he discloses the secret of Sheridan's father which will help Clark's agents to catch Sheridan.
Edgars: Uses a telepath to check Garibaldi during the interview, then telepath is shot. Listens to all he talks because he needs info on Sheridan. He also uses telepaths as guinea pigs for bio experiments.

Sheridan: Continues anti-Clark assault. Boards his former ship Agamemnon and instantly wins the trust of the crew. Gets message from Garibaldi and meets him - to be captured by EarthGov.Ivanova: Gets Sheridan's orders to take command of the fleet. When she finds out from ISN that Sheridan is captured, leads the fleet further on.
Franklin, Lyta: Bring frozen telepaths to Mars. Lyta admits participation in Psi Cops operations involving covert telepathic assaults. She is afraid there will be a war between mundanes and telepaths.
Delenn: Returns to B5 and finds Sheridan gone.
Garibaldi: Turns Sheridan to Clark forces. Finds from Edgars his true anti-telepathic mission and agrees. Finally, regains his old personality.
Bester: Meets Garibaldi to get all info from him telepathically. Discloses that he worked on reprogramming Garibaldi together with Shadows. However, he pursues his own goals: protecting telepaths against shadows and mundanes. Reinstates old Garibaldi personality and lets him go: he saved telepaths from extinction.
Edgars: Discloses his anti-telepath virus development to Garibaldi. He wants to infect all telepaths and keep them under control using controlled antidote. Promotes "evolution theory": the strongest species survive. Admits he lied to Lise about true nature of his R&D. Gets killed after Bester finds this out from Garibaldi.
Lise: Finds out her husband's real agenda and wants to act against it. Meets Garibaldi before his reinstitution - to find he cannot do anything.

Garibaldi: Sleeps with Lise (this is not about money!), happy and not sure about his B5 future.

Sheridan: Surrenders to Earth forces. Talks with Bester: rejects blackmail, but says Bester's lover was spares as telepath kamikaze, notes garibaldi is going to take full care of him. Meets with new earth President Susan Luchenko: accepts resignation variant in exchange for his crew amnesty and Mars independence. Gets Alliance President post immediately resignation ceremony.Gets married with Delenn.
Bester: Checks that Sheridan has not abused his lover, threatens to kill Sheridan if he did something wrong about her. Negotiates all this verbally without scanning. Basically, he is ready to launch the war with normals.
Delenn: Informs Earth Gov Sheridan is new Alliance President, offers Earth Alliance membership and assistance. Ranger fleet roars above.
Susan Ivanova: Goes through emotional crisis after being saved by Marcus, feels guilty she could not love or appreciate his loyalty. Gets Captain assignment from Sheridan and leaves B5.
Garibaldi: Fights for Lise, Earth/Mars intrigues are his life.
Londo: Gets news he will be an Emperor, not particularly happy about this. His reaction for Delenn's proposal to elect Sheridan an Alliance president: "Okay., they will need to change their underwear". He is closer with G'Kar now.

Sheridan: After 1 year - hoped for and hated. After 100 years Alliance is working, his and Delenn's role is questioned: "masses not personalities matter" theory. After 500 years memories about him, Delenn and Garibaldi are manipulated to justify Earth's break from the Alliance. After 1000 years becomes a vague legend, Rangers try to rebuild Earth from complete destruction.Delenn: After 100 years appears to renounce Sheridan bashers: You don't want to know, all you want is to speak. Garibaldi: After 500 years reappears as a hologram to destroy anti-Alliance Earth rebels
