Sheridan: Prepares for his President Inauguration. Tells Delenn his "Red socks" story: he leaves his red socks in his restroom in the morning to have something to finish in the evening - supposing he will stay alive by then, old military tradition. Refuses to postpone his inauguration ritual: terrorists will not stop him. Accepts Byron and his telepaths on B5.Delenn: They still live in separate quarters with Sheridan, asks is he still ready to move to Minbar (sure he is). Concerned about his life, stays together with him in face of the assassin.
Garibaldi: Investigates and prevents Sheridan's assassination attempt, becomes his chief of intelligence.
G'Kar: Accepts Sheridan's offer to write President's Oath and declaration of Principles with great enthusiasm. Takes Sheidan's oath, when everything is messed up, asks simply: "Do you want to be a President?" - "Yes" - "OK".
Lochley: Arrives at B5 in belief she can run "a regular organization". Talks with Sheridan, surprised why he is not interested on what side she was during the civil war. Starts from investigating the Ranger assassination and Sheridan assassination attempt. Decides not to postpone the procedure because everything is done for Sheridan's safety. Talks with Dr. Franklin forgetting to introduce herself to start the relationship somehow. Rebuffs Garibaldi as somebody who already left Sheridan. Rejects Byron's request to stay at B5.
Byron: Arrives at B5 with his group of rogue telepaths. Requests permission to stay, they want a colony of their own in the future. Telepaths investigate an attempt to assassinate Sheridan and help him.

Londo's dreams, this is Londo's walkabout. He gets heart attack in his left heart. Talks to Delenn, Sheridan, Vir in his dream. Not sure he wants to live and become an Emperor. Saved by telepathic help of G'Kar after he says he is sorry for what was done to Narns.Lennier: Fails to be close to Delenn any longer. becomes a Ranger. For him the heart theme means leaving B5 and Delenn.
Delenn: She can enter Londo's dreams as a prophet. This means she really can do everything.
03. The Paragon of Animals midwinter.com
Sheridan: Gets from G'Kar "Declaration of principles". Gets from Lyta info about Drazi conspiracy with raiders and uses it to persuade Ambassadors to sign "Declaration".Garibaldi: Develops an idea to use Byron's telepaths more actively. When Byron says no, goes to Lyta _asking_ her for help. Delivers info about Drazi conspiracy from her to Sheridan.
Byron: Does not want to cooperate with Garibaldi, but agrees to work with Lyta. Tells Lyta "We are tired of getting orders from humans" tale. Also tells her about Hamlet's man as paragon for animals as ironic spin of human supremacy. Gives her strategic info about Drazi conspiracy for Sheridan though.
Lyta: Scans a dying person with serious damage for her own mental health. Delivers strategic info from Byron to Sheridan getting just brief thanks in return. This seems not to be enough for her...

Lochley: Coordinates B5 defense against Hostile Alien assault until White Star fleet returns. Makes Garibaldi a scene on why he as Chief of Intelligence does not have certain info. Insists Sheridan and Delenn must take life pods for better protection. Gets appreciation of her effort - from Earth soldiers.Sheridan: Just enjoys love with Delenn. Asks her to leave, they both know this won't happen.
Delenn: Basically explains soldiers why life pods are not much of protection. Or just talks soldiers into explanation why she does not want to leave: basically, that's her home. Gets loving sights from Earth soldiers.
Londo: Frets like - he'd fret about poor food. Tells G'Kar he had no childhood, always cared about honor, duties and responsibilities.
G'Kar: Stoic, shows no fear. Tells Londo he is used to staying in shelters bombings from childhood. He can leave his shelter - unlike Londo who takes his shelter always with him.
Byron: He and his telepaths easily protect themselves from alien invaders. Give shelter to Earth soldiers who live shortly after having found out about telepathic nature of the protection. Shows one soldier true battle to let him know what is behind enthusiastic rhetoric.

Garibaldi: Confronts Capt. Lochley on her role in the Civil War. Wants to collect info on Lochley.Lochley: Tells Garibaldi she does not care about the ethical structure of the Universe. She is just a soldier with limited language: Loyalty, Duty, Honor. Gets an order from Delenn (not Sheridan) to keep B5 security away from investigating the Ranger assault. Says Delenn it is not like Sheridan to sanction Rangers override of B5 Security.
Delenn: Sanctions Rangers to run a tutorial operation against earth mobsters on B5. Rangers want her back to Minbar. Lectures Lochley on Rangers training regarding treatment of terror. Really surprised by Lochley's response. She wants to know more from Sheridan.
06. STRANGE RELATIONS midwinter.com
Sheridan: Says Lochley he is caught in the web of his own good intentions: he gave his word to Byron he can stay, now this can violate Earth's right to prosecute rogues. Actually, this is an order to Lochley: she needs to find a solution.Delenn: Offers Franklin a new position: to collect med data from Alliance members. Offers G'Kar to protect Londo.
Bester: Arrives at B5 to hunt Byron's telepaths down and bring them back to Earth. To begin with, tells Lochley The Descartian Beer joke. Confronts Lyta, but still arrests telepaths. Leaves after Lochley promises to release them in 60 days.
Lyta: "Gets" medical supplies from Medlab for rogues. She gets even stronger, can block a few of Bester's bloodhounds - to Bester's polite surprise. Gets more and more involved with rogues - because of Byron.
Byron: Spins Lyta's question when he really slept last time - a few lifetimes ago... Proclaims he cannot leave his people to be together with Lyta under her protection.
Lochley: Lets Bester to chase rogues on B5 according to Earth order. Throws Garibaldi to a brig for assault on Bester. Confronts Sheridan on Garibaldi, Bester and rogue telepath problem, finds a way to resolve it. Invents 60 days quarantine period not to give rogues to Bester immediately. Confesses to Garibaldi she got her B5 job because Sheridan trusts her as his former wife.
Garibaldi: Tries to kill Bester when he arrives at B5 and talks to Lochley, but Lochley arrests him. Finds out truth about Lochley - from her directly.
Londo: There is another attempt to assassinate him. Confesses to Zack he feels bad about his future emperorship. Leaves B5 with G'Kar as bodyguard.
07. Secrets of the Soul midwinter.com
Dr.Franklin: Gets deep into medical history of Miserable Aliens, wins their trust by a promise that his info will never be used for bio-warfare purposes. However, high secrecy is explained not by bio-warfare fears, but by secret ancient genocide which resulted in irreparable genetic damage to Miserable Aliens. Says he cannot do anything to help hem: too much resources are needed.Byron: Learns about Vorlon creation of telepaths from Lyta. This is instantly shared by all telepaths. All get horribly frustrated: blame Vorlons (who are long gone) and everybody else for their misfortunes.
Lyta: Falls for Byron, joins the telepath ghetto.
08. Day of the Dead midwinter.com
Sheridan and Delenn: Entertained by comics. Sheridan softly reprimands Lochley for her absurd B5 rent.Lochley: Does not appreciate the humor, simply does not get it. Rents part of B5 to Brakiri for their Day of the Dead celebrations. Visited by her dead girlfriend. Instead of spending time with her, moves on to contacting B5, Sheridan. Orders Garibaldi to establish communication with B5, so she can report to Sheridan. Naturally, does not get much of advise because Day of the Dead ends anyway.
Garibaldi: Visited by his dead girlfriend. First, he is very suspicious, but then enjoys the time. Establishes communication with B5 by Lochley's order.
Lennier: Goes to B5 specially to participate in the Dead of the Dead. However, his visitor is Morden who predicts he will betray Rangers.
Londo: Has wonderful time with his assassinated girlfriend, repeats he is not enthusiastic about his coronation -somehow sincerely. Completely disregards Lochley's emergency info.
09. In the Kingdom of the Blind midwinter.com
Sheridan: There are some anti-Alliance attacks. Infuriated by Byron's home world demands. Withdraws his protection for rogues.Delenn: Believes Alliance owes something to Byron's telepaths. Notes that Sheridan's "inconvenience" sounds very much like Luchenko's view of Sheridan's civil war.
Byron: Makes a fatal blunder trying to blackmail the Alliance. He does not negotiate with anybody, just makes a public demand and a threat to unveil everybody's secrets. Frustrated by militant rogues who do not share his non-violence ideas.
Lyta: Sticks with Byron, she wants to be happy - even for a few days.
Londo, G'Kar: Travel to Centauri Prime. Informed by Londo's loyalist about strangely dark situation in the Palace: Regent is strangely mad, certain info got classified for no obvious reason. Then this person is found dead. Meets Regent who also tries to communicate something dark and strange. They leave for B5, Londo is _very_ uncomfortable.
10. A Tragedy of Telepaths midwinter.com
Sheridan: Takes care of highly suspicious Alliance representatives. Temporarily calms them down by proving that somebody else fights them. Has to use force to prevent internal clash and promise fast resolution.Garibaldi: Tells Sheridan his pro-Shadow theory of ripening conflict: Why wars are more important for history than piece? - Because people love seeing something big to break down. This time Alliance is on the verge of collapse.
Byron: Enjoys time with others and Lyta, but loses control over his militants.
Lochley: Contemplates her B5 assignment again: friend calls you - you are in trouble. Bravely goes to telepaths alone to negotiate their surrender, but fails. Decides to call Bester for help with rogue telepath problem.
Londo, G'Kar: Before leaving Centauri Prime, G'Kar finds his friend, forgotten Narn prisoner. G'Kar insists they save her. Londo smuggles the prisoner to the ship in Centauri female clothes pretending to be drunk. Tries to enjoy the situation, but blind G'Kar is unable to share his joy.
11. Phoenix Rising midwinter.com
Byron: Tries to lead rogues, but fails to control telepath militants. Admits to Lyta he was a Psi Cop (P12), once Bester's best pupil. He developed his non-violence ideas after one especially bloody operation against normals. Prevents militants from killing Garibaldi and Franklin, bargains release of non-violent rogues. Refuses to surrender to Bester and commits suicide after Best tries to capture him and others in the end.Lyta: Helps Byron to resolve the hostage crisis using her extraordinary telepathic abilities. Assumes rogue leadership after Byron's death.
Sheridan: Helps Lochley to solve the telepath crisis. Does not negotiate with violent telepaths for hostages lives - they are terrorists.
Lochley: Does her best to resolve situation peacefully together with Sheridan. This saves some telepaths, but not Byron and violent rogues.
Bester: Organizes anti-rogue operation, but does not get anybody. He is visibly disappointed by this, he assumed hatred would unite telepaths stronger. Uses Asimov laws to block Garibaldi from killing him.
Garibaldi: Tries to break or kill Bester - only to find out he is blocked to harm him. Taken as hostage by rogues together with Franklin. Resumes drinking.
12. The Ragged Edge midwinter.com
Sheridan: Wants to know who is responsible for anti-Alliance attacks, but is not directly involved in the investigation. Warily accepts Franklin's resignation, it will be effective in a few months. Accepts G'Kar's idea of keeping Londo out of attacks investigation when it shifts to Centauri.Garibaldi: Drinks heavily, misses appointments. Does not want to take Franklin with him to Drazi operation. Goes to Drazi home world to investigate the anti-Alliance attacks. He wants to get hold of the pilot who is a witness of one of these attacks. Completely unsuccessful partly because of drinking blackout: the pilot is killed, he is rescued by one of White Stars. Notably, calls Delenn, not Sheridan for help. Brings some button from Drazi which appears to be of Centauri Court origin.
Explains failure by info leak on B5 - this implicates Londo.
Franklin: Concerned about Garibaldi's refusal to include him in Drazi operation. Accepts his friend's offer to take responsible position in Earth exobiology research: they have more resources...
G'Kar: Publication of his book makes him a Narn religious figure, he does not like this, he already declined military leadership. However, he starts teaching his theories to Narns. It appears he tries to revise their traditional doctrine to make it more open to non-Narns. Suggests that Londo will not be informed about attacks investigation - "to protect his life against internal enemies".
13. The Corps is Father, The Corps is Mother midwinter.com
Bester: Trains young Psi Cops, promotes "we are family" rhetoric. Starts showing "Happy Caught Rogue" movie, but this is interrupted. Assigned to catch a rogue telepath murderer on B5. Discovers the rogue has double personality: one P10, another - dangerous P12. Returns to Earth after fulfilling the task.Female Trainee: Pretends she _loves_ Bester. Tries to seduce him (apparently, as his boss proxy). Helps Bester throughout the operation, in the end asks his permission to liquidate the mundane detainee.
Male Trainee: Tries to play beyond the rules, gets stabbed.
Dr.Franklin: Helps Bester with autopsy and his wound. Notes Bester has God delusion.
Bester's joke about B5.
1st patient: I am Napoleon.
Doc: Why do you think so?
1st patient: Got told me that.
2nd patient: I did not tell anything to him!

Delenn: Secretly from Sheidan assigns Lennier for a dangerous intelligence mission to collect intelligence against the Centauri.Lennier: Admits Morden's visit and traitor prophecy to Delenn. Goes through Rangers combat training.
First, he and Poor Cadet are abandoned by mother ship, so they need to wait in meditating state for a rescue. next, he saves Poor Cadet from suicide by shooting his ship. Now he gets bad mark and Poor cadet and reassigned. Privately, his coach (human) admits he did everything right which he knows from ship communications eavesdropping.
Garibaldi: More drinking, misses another meeting with Sheridan et al.
Londo: Promotes Vir to B5 Ambassador, proud of his scandal with the Drazi.
Vir: Glad to become Ambassador, teaches a lesson to the Drazi who embarrasses him.
G'Kar: Gets artificial eye from Dr.Franklin, very glad about it. Teaches his ideas to Narns, answering shortly questions like what is God and what is truth: Truth is a river, God is a mouth of the river. Gets wary smile from Dr.Franklin.
15. Darkness Ascending midwinter.com
Garibaldi: Lise visits him, refuses to answer questions like "What are you doing here." Admits everybody leaves B5 (Ivanova, Franklin...) which does not feel good for him. Lise tries to make normal life for him, finds out about his drinking. Insists that he stops. Pretends stopping drinking, for her, takes coffee which appears to be alcohol instead. Urges she should leave ASAP when finds out about upcoming Centauri war.Lyta: Tries to contract rogue telepaths for earth corporations, but this does not work. Makes a deal with G'Kar on telepath genetic material for Narns in return for resources.
Londo: Finds nobody wants to contact him which is suspicious. Gets message from Centauri Prime that "fabricated evidence" against Centauri can be expected. Told by Vir that apparently Sheridan and Delenn got attacks info and meeting is scheduled, but they are not informed. Does not like the news.
Sheridan: Finds out about Lennier's mission and recalls that White Star. Gets info from Lennier and _formally_ thanks him. Explains to Delenn he would prefer to never have info against Centauri, but...
Delenn: Her deal with Lennier is uncovered y Sheridan, this results in mild confrontation. Having received Lennier's info saying she has not done this before and may not have another chance.
Lennier: Informs Delenn he may have a lead. When his White star is recalled, leaves it by his initiative and with great risk gets proof of Centauri involvement in anti-Alliance attacks.
16. And all My Dreams, Torn Asunder midwinter.com
Sheridan: Presents evidence against Centauri starting from circumstantial, then lets Lennier speak. Sanctions Centauri blockade to avoid full-scale war. Assigns Garibaldi to manage this. Direct confrontation with Centauri comes soon, so he shouts: "You want war, you get it!". Prays with Delenn.Londo: Denies anti-Centauri evidence when it is presented to him. Contacts his Government, rejects all allegations and leaves for Centauri Prime with G'Kar, leaving Vir on B5. Rejects G'Kar's imprisonment and gets arrested together with him.
Franklin: Presents medical proof that Centauri weapons were used in anti-Alliance attacks and helps Vir to avoid anti-Centauri assaults.
Garibaldi: His drinking is discovered by Zack, plays "You are not one to blame me" game and asks for cover up. Presents his weak evidence at the Council. Assigned to coordinate the Centauri blockade, but falls asleep.
17. Movements of Fire and Shadow midwinter.com
Lochley: Finds out from Sheridan that Centauri can attack jump gates. Counters such attack successfully.Sheridan: Tells Lochley (in the middle of the night) B5 can be under Centauri attack any time. Plans to launch new Minbari-Earth White Star line. Sends Delenn to work this out with Grey Council. Tries to figure out the Centauri strategy. Comes to the conclusion there are actually 2 fleets: one defensive, another offensive. Mentions Franklin/Lyta operation as "some mission of mercy". Tries to prevent the onslaught on Centauri home world.
Delenn: Goes to Minbar, gets under Centauri attack, caught in a damaged ship.
Vir: Finds it strange that Drazi do not surrender Centauri bodies in violation of the Convention. Asks Franklin and Lyta to investigate.
Lyta, Franklin: Go to Drazi home world and find out that Centauri use automatic ships with shadows technology for offensive operations, no crew at all. Lyta agrees to go for a _large_ sum of money for telepath course. She can make an attacking Drazi to commit suicide now.
Narns, Drazi: Launch major attack against Centauri Prime without Sheridan's knowledge.
Londo: Detained with G'Kar, talks about popular uprisal that would free him. Has a Keeper installation nightmare. Mentions he wants to get out without losing his face. Gets out when G'Kar vomits on him. Finds out from the Military they believe they are on the offense, do not know anything about the offense operations. Regent is mysteriously defensive: he just wants as it is better.
18. The Fall of Centauri Prime midwinter.com
Londo: Finally, finds out about Drakh and Keepers from the Regent: Drakh, former Shadows servants, want to control Centauri, they already do this by installing a Keeper on Regent. Now they want to do this with Londo - or they will destroy millions of Centauri by a blast. Says goodbye to G'Kar. Accepts the Keeper and begs Drakh to spare Delenn's life. When she is reunited with Sheridan, he surrenders and refuses to rejoin the Alliance. Makes solemn isolationist inauguration speech: Centauri will pay reparations and stay alone (under the Drakh control).Sheridan: Asks Londo to save Delenn and offers friendship to Londo - this is rejected, so he demands reparations from Centauri. He and Delenn are present at Londo's inauguration, secretly, not as official guests.
Delenn, Lennier: Saved by Centauri ships. Lennier says he loves Delenn in what he believes their last moment. When this is undone, Delenn undoes this.
19. Wheel of Fire midwinter.com
Sheridan: Discovers Garibaldi's alcoholism and puts him under suspension. Admits to him he did not help Franklin with his problem much. Helps to arrest Lyta. Finds out about Delenn's pregnancy and sys she warns her first, if possible with a baby.Delenn: News about her pregnancy. Makes a guess Londo is not well.
Lochley: Does her best to help Garibaldi, tells him her father was alcoholic and she was alcoholic herself until her sister died. Calls Lise to B5 on his behalf. Arrests Lyta by Earth request with the help of Sheridan.
Garibaldi: Reunites with Lise who offers him her love - and to lead her corporation on Mars. Talks to Lyta, asks her to remove Bester's block so he can take care of him.
Lyta: Arrested for participation in anti-PC resistance. She becomes more and more powerful, more powerful than any telepath. She can avoid any arrest now, but Sheridan makes her to surrender. Makes anti-PC deal with Garibaldi. This time she really plans: Bester's block will be removed only after 2 years, during this time Garibaldi will take care of anti-PC finance for her and prepare the forces she can use against Bester.
G'Kar: Narns turn him into religious icon and flood B5, he cannot stand this. So, he suggests to Lochley he will leave together with Lyta - to explore the world...
20. Objects In Motion midwinter.com
Sheridan: Arranges thank-you party for Garibaldi and G'Kar which results in assassination attempts against both. Hires #1 from Martian Resistance as Chief of Alliance security instead f Garibaldi. Says a few good words to G'Kar, listens to Garibaldi. Lochley is not present. Together with Delenn makes 5-mile work good-bye about the station.G'Kar: Discourages his Narn admirer who produced his statues. This admirer tries to kill G'Kar during Sheridan's party, but injures Lise instead. Says Garibaldi he is sorry that Lise was hurt by his enemy. Leaves together with Lyta, orders to free her from shackles, but she can do this herself.
Garibaldi: Survives assassination attempt against him thanks to Zack's effort. Lise is seriously wounded, but Franklin saves her. Proposes her when she awakens. Investigates this attempt with the help of Lyta. Finds out that his corp directors are responsible. Threatens them with info about them from #1 and fires them all. Embraces Delenn and Sheridan when he leaves, makes kind farewell speech: you were like family for me.
Lyta: Held in detention, released in Shackles to G'Kar. Plays abeyance, but removes shackles by herself. Helps Garibaldi to scan his enemy showing certain contempt for the guy. Leys garibaldi know she'd expect more respect from him, threatens that if he will not make his part of a deal, he knows what will happen.
Franklin: His farewell party is with #1. They admit their relationship is over, but they have about 1 hr left. Says her this place is built from irony.
21. Objects at Rest midwinter.com
G'Kar: His message is received by his friend who will be the new Narn ambassador.Franklin: Assigns his replacement, talks to Sheridan briefly and leaves alone, by himself.
Sheridan: Moves to Minbar together with Delenn. Says a few awkward words to Lennier. Brief casual good bye for Zack. During the flight gets involved in an accident, Lennier does not help him. Gets pretty angry, but agrees to cover this up. Enjoys wonderful sight from the window of their new residence. Sees Londo. Records an awkward speech for 21-st birthday of his son: always listen to Delenn, she will love, not judge you (hmmm...).
Delenn: Makes nice last speech for B5: Minbari never say Good bye. Has dinner with Londo, sees him obsessed with keepers. Leaves early to get message from Lennier. Interrupts Sheridan's speech for his future son, says he is always welcome he loves her.
Lennier: Arrives at B5 to help Sheridan and Delenn with moving. Leaves Sheridan without help in an accident. disappears. Communicates with Delenn for the last time and apparently commits suicide.
Vir: Sees G'Kar's friend, says G'Kar has left and he has knowledge about any message from him - sorry.
Londo: Comes to Minbar to congratulate his friends in their 1st day there - apparently under Drakh control. Brings urn for their son which is a Centauri symbol of Emperorhood - and is likely to be contaminated by Drakh.
22. Sleeping in Light midwinter.com
Sheridan: Arranges a farewell party, they have a great time, drink for absent friends: G'Kar, Londo, Lennier, Marcus. They go to sleep. In the morning before anybody wakes up, he departs after saying 'Good night' to Delenn. Departs "for a Sunday drive" on a White Star. Visits B5 just before its decommission. Meets Zack there, not a word, no dinner together. The last one he sees is Lorien who confirms the journey is over. White light consumes him and disappears.Their son David: In Ranger training, so nothing _bad_ happened with him. He is not invited.
Garibaldi, Franklin: Called. Appear to be doing well.
Vir: Called. He is an Emperor.
Susan Ivanova: Called, very sad. Major commander. Gets Delenn/Sheridan's offer to command Rangers. Moves to Minbar, sees Delenn meeting each sunset thinking about Sheridan.
